I made measurement errors and sized up too large. Upon contact, Chin and his crew were very helpful and efficient in arranging a return pickup, re-cutting and re-delivery.
I'd also like to highlight that, although there is a measurement tolerance, my pieces were cut to measurements perfectly.
Costs are economical, workmanship and material quality is excellent and items are well packaged for delivery.

Chin corresponded with me on my requirements for my queen size bedframe base. As I am unfamiliar with how the dimensions are supposed to be entered into the platform, he came up with the diagrams and numbers for the particular way I would like the board to be laid out on my frame. And chin is extremely patient and understanding towards my situation. And my requirements were delivered without any issues at all. Kudos to Chin and his patience and knowledge about his work. Very impressed by the speed and quality of product. I ordered around 6pm and with my express shipping, it arrived 10am the next day. Cuts are clean and everything is accurate and perfect. Was very surprised by service that I had to leave a review. Initially bought from Shopee but quality was so bad it was not usable so I had to repurchase a new one. Then tried to buy from easywood but cannot check out, always got error no matter what. Will come back for more!
The attitude & service of the staff is fantastic. I was having trouble finding and choosing the right plywood for my kitchen shelf. Went to a couple of industries area with my friend and was served by either rude or impolite worker.
